Mobile bartending in Marco Island
Mobile bartending for Marco Island weddings, private homes, and venue celebrations, with an island event plan and travel agreed in advance.
A Marco Island event deserves a bar plan that fits the property, not just a drink list. Special Sips travels from Cape Coral for weddings and private celebrations, coordinating the guest count, service hours, setup space, and travel details with you.
Prepare for the route to the bar
For an island venue, waterfront home, or beach-adjacent property, share the exact approved service location. A parking space at the address does not necessarily provide direct access to the event area. Confirm any gates, stairs, elevators, narrow paths, and the distance equipment must travel.
Questions for your venue or planner
- Where can vendors unload and park, and when can setup begin?
- Is the bar on a firm, level surface with shade or a weather alternative?
- Which containers and equipment are acceptable at the approved service location?
- Who confirms event permission, alcohol responsibilities, and any requested vendor paperwork?
The City of Marco Island maintains community special-event information. If your celebration uses a public or regulated space, ask the city or property manager which approvals apply. Our bartending proposal covers the agreed service; it does not grant beach access or event permission.
